When moving into a community housing, the first contact with new neighbors often proves challenging. The short “Hello” at the front door has unfortunately fallen into oblivion, but we firmly believe that it’s an important icebreaker and the foundation for a successful neighborhood.
Therefore, we announce each apartment handover in the community so that they are already informed about your move-in, making the initial contact with your new neighbors easier.
Our goal is to strengthen the neighborhood in the residential areas, to promote mutual understanding and respect among residents.
With us, you or your housing community decide about the stairwell cleaning!
We are happy to engage a service provider for your community who will regularly take care of cleaning the stairwell. The cost of this service will then be divided through the utility charges.
Alternatively, the community can also opt to clean the stairwell independently, thereby reducing your utility costs.
Our technical managers are available to assist you with all matters concerning your apartment. We inspect all common areas monthly to ensure that repairs are ordered, ideally before we receive a notification. This also keeps the quality of the work performed at a high level.
We are also happy to mediate any interpretation issues regarding the house rules, so that our residential communities can maintain good relations with each other.
Should you have an emergency over the weekend or on a holiday, you can reach our staff via our emergency hotline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You decide on your own DSL provider.
Our tenants have widely varying requirements for their internet connection and therefore choose the best provider according to their preferences.
Over the past year, we have received an increasing number of inquiries suggesting a communal solution. We are currently examining this approach, which would provide a minimum bandwidth with optional additional services, and will offer it to our tenants if a more cost-effective solution is achievable.
Our residential properties offer free parking in many urban areas.
Some of our tenants desire a designated parking space to return to after work. For these apartments, we have therefore created clearly assigned parking spaces that can be rented separately.
This way, our tenants always find their parking space free when they return home after a long day at work.
Some tenants do not need a basement, others would like a hobby room, and some simply desire order.
We rent out the basements separately, thereby reducing the apartment rent. We take on the responsibility to keep unused basements locked and can more easily uphold the house rules for our tenants.
