What if there is an emergency outside of our business hours, on public holidays or happened on the weekend?
In this case, we have set up an emergency telephone for the respective location. We can also help you at the following numbers: everyone else is off work.
What is an emergency?
Examples of emergencies:
- Burst pipe
- Leaky roof
- Complete power failure
- Constipations
Not considered an emergency:
- Dripping faucet
- One of several lights fails
Before calling the emergency service, please check whether the fault has been rectified doesn’t have time until the next working day. Because emergency service calls are twice as expensive.
